We’re not backed by hedge funds nor wall street capital, so we value building relationship with our investors. We’re flexible because of that.
Once you have everything in place, including buyers’ funds at the closing firm, we commit funding capital. Once committed, we’re committed until the deal closes.
After capital allocation, funds are ready to go onetime, every time with funds arriving at closing firm ahead of closing.
This is our bread and butter, so we work well with investors to get to the finish line. We look forward to working with other professionals.
