What happens if my buyer falls through?
We understand that deals and closings don’t always go as planned. That’s why we do NOT charge any fees if a buyer falls through.
What’s the maximum timeline that you offer for deals to close?
While we prefer the deal to be no longer than 3 days for A-B transaction and B-C transaction to close, we’re ALWAYS opened to conversations about extended closing timeline if you are certain that your deal needs more than 3 days to close both sides. Please submit a request and/or contact us.
What fees structure do you offer?
We have a simple 1%. If you work with the same or different closing companies.

We work with wholesalers of all levels of experience. Whether you’re seeking capital for your first deal or your 100th deal, you can count on us. If you’re new to transactional funding, then we’re here to help educate. We do look to develop a long lasting professional relationship with wholesalers, because our goal is to put your needs first and make sure that you develop momentum. Your success is our success.
Who chooses the title company to work with?
While we have a list of fantastic closing agents (title or attorneys) across multiple states, we’ll work with whatever title company you bring us. We do recommend that you thoroughly vet the closing agent to ensure that they have experience working with wholesalers. The wrong title company can certainly cause a problem during the closing process. Please check this blog Title Company Red Flags.
What’s the minimum size deals that you will fund?
We understand that for a wholesaler a deal is a deal, so we’re always available to support. We’ve funded deals as low as $8000 and that made a huge difference to the wholesaler. We were as enthusiastic to support it just as much as we were enthusiastic to support deals that were over $150,000. If there’s a way to help get a wholesaler’s transaction to the finish line, then we’ll help push it through.
